This Sunday we are going to be visiting our friends at the Utthan Taleem Kendra. Utthan works with the mentally challenged children whose conditions range from Down’s Syndrome to Autism to various Learning disabilities.

Working with these children can be an absolutely incredible experience. One of the things that we have learnt from them is just how illogical and beautiful things can be. These kids may suffer from various mental disabilities, but at the same time their innocence and unconditional love can help one feel an amazing lightness and simplicity towards life. Many of them seem to live so much from their heart. Beware! Their positivity and joy is truly contagious :-)

This Sunday, we will be helping them create paintings, which will be exhibited and sold to raise money. It would be wonderful to share this amazing time together.
